SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

xoxo Tracy Cosmetics orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). We offer free shipping for all orders of $75 or more. Orders shipped via Standard Service usually are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on product availability.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.

All orders are processed by USPS, UPS, FedEx. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the appropriate mail carrier to file a claim using your order’s tracking number.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy​
 

At xoxo Tracy Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from xoxo Tracy Cosmetics, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund.

The purchaser has 10 days from the date of purchase to contact xoxo Tracy Cosmetics to authorize the return or exchange of said product. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost.

Include customer name, email, order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 48 business hours.

When returning your item(s), please include the customer name and order number in your package. Once the xoxo Tracy Cosmetics team receives your item and inspects it, we will issue a replacement or refund. Our warranty does not include cover issues arising from product damage and misuse.

If the item you are trying to return or exchange is no longer being manufactured, out of stock or no longer available for sale, we reserve the right to replace the product with another product similar in functionality to the product.
